The beautiful estate „Le Tassinaie“ is located south of Livorno in the middle of one of the greatest wineries in Tuscany „Castello del Terriccio“. Picturesquely and peacefully situated on top of a hill you have a wonderful view on the tyrrhenian sea and if it is a clear day you might even see the island Corsica. With its horse stud, the winery, a castle from the 17th century and an old church right next to it this place has a very special charm.

With this yoga retreat you reward  yourself, your body and your senses coming back home feeling totally refreshed and new born. We meditate, practice dynamic and creative vinyasa yoga flows focusing on our energy centers as well as yin yang and yin yoga.
